Sail Sand Point offers more than just classes; we also host a range of community events throughout the summer. Whether you are a regular at SSP, or this is your first time on the water, we invite you to join us during the summer for free boat rides, BBQs, and all sorts of fun on our side of the lake.
What’s Up Next
April
Volunteer Work Party on April 12th from 10AM to 3PM. Bring a water bottle, snacks, layered clothing, and friend and help us get the site ready for Open Boating! Earn free rental hours to use later on in the summer as well!
Open Boating opens for the season on April 18th!
May
Season Kickoff party on May 17th from 3:30 PM to 7PM. Boat rides, music, games, and a free BBQ! Free to the community!
Memorial Day is May 26th! Open Boating is open but the office will be closed.
June
June 30th is the first day of Summer Camps at SSP!
